- 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter.
- 1 large egg.
- 2/3 cup cold heavy cream.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instruction:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Whisk egg, cream, and vanilla separately, then add to dry ingredients.
- Form dough into a disk and cut into 8 wedges.
